Notice of Service Termination

Thank you for your continued patronage of the Odawara Station Direct Shuttle.

We regret to announce that the Odawara Station Direct Shuttle, along with our other tour services, will end operations after Friday, July 31, 2026.

We are deeply grateful to the many customers whose warm support has allowed us to keep running all these years. Our entire staff extends its heartfelt thanks.

Only a short time remains until the final day of service. Until then, we will continue to put safety first and look forward to welcoming you aboard.

Cancellation Policy

Tour & Charter

  1. Up to 4 days before the use date: Free
  2. 3 days before the use date: 30% of the travel fee
  3. 2 days before to the use date / no-show: 100% of the travel fee

Regarding refunds upon cancellation, the 5% payment processing fee will be borne by the customer; the refund amount equals the payment amount less this fee.
