Transaction Terms Explanation Document and Contract Document Based on Travel Agency Act
This document forms part of the 'Transaction Terms Explanation Document' as stipulated in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act and the 'Contract Document' as stipulated in Article 12-5 of the same Act.
(1) Fixed-Rate Plan:A plan where you pay a fixed fee based on travel distance.
(2) 1-Day Unlimited Plan:A plan where you can use unlimited rides during one business day regardless of travel distance or number of uses, for a fixed fee. However, please note that there are restrictions on the operating area for travel distance.
(3) 2-Day Unlimited Plan:A plan where you can use unlimited rides during two business days regardless of travel distance or number of uses, for a fixed fee. However, please note that there are restrictions on the operating area for travel distance.
3. The Company undertakes to arrange and manage the itinerary so that customers can receive transportation and other travel-related services (hereinafter referred to as 'travel services') provided by carriers and others according to the travel itinerary set by the Company.
The travel contract is, in principle, formed when the customer applies for travel products through the Company's designated travel reservation form and the Company sends a notification accepting the application.
Please pay the travel fee at the end of the trip (when disembarking). The amount of travel fee varies depending on the plan you contract.
The Company may refuse to conclude a package tour contract in the following cases:
Customers who have concluded a travel contract with the Company cannot transfer their contractual position to a third party.
1. Customers may cancel the package tour contract without paying a cancellation fee before the start of travel in the following cases:
(1) When important changes such as the following are made to the travel contract contents:
(2) When natural disasters, war, riots, suspension of travel service provision by carriers, government orders, or other circumstances make it impossible or extremely likely to be impossible to implement travel safely and smoothly.
(3) When the Company fails to deliver the confirmed document to the customer before the start of travel.
(4) When travel implementation according to the itinerary stated in the contract document becomes impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company.
2. After the start of travel, if the customer becomes unable to receive travel services stated in the contract document for reasons not attributable to the customer, or if the Company notifies them of such, the customer may cancel the contract for the portion of travel services that can no longer be received without paying a cancellation fee, notwithstanding paragraph 1 of this article. In this case, the Company will refund the amount related to the portion that can no longer be received from the travel fee.
3. The Company will refund to the customer the amount from the travel fee related to the portion of travel services that can no longer be received, minus the cancellation fees, and other expenses already paid or to be paid (limited to cases not attributable to the Company).

The Company may cancel the travel contract before the start of travel after explaining the reason to the customer in the following cases:

1. The Company may cancel the travel contract even after the start of travel in the following cases. In this case, refund will be made after deducting cancellation fees, penalties, and other expenses already paid or to be paid from the portion of travel fee related to travel services not yet received by the customer.
2. When the Company cancels the travel contract pursuant to items a and c of the preceding paragraph, the Company will undertake arrangements necessary to return to the departure point at the customer's expense upon the customer's request.
When the travel contract is cancelled pursuant to Articles 10 and 11, and an amount to be refunded to the customer arises, the Company will refund such amount within 7 days from the day following cancellation for refunds due to cancellation before travel start, or within 30 days from the day following the travel end date stated in the contract document for refunds due to reduction or cancellation after travel start.

For damages under paragraph 1 of this article that arise regarding baggage, notwithstanding said paragraph, the Company will compensate up to 150,000 yen per customer (excluding cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company) only when notification is made to the Company within 21 days from the day following the occurrence of damage.
The Company will pay compensation or condolence money in the amounts below pursuant to the Standard Travel Agency Terms Special Compensation Regulations for certain damages to life, body, or baggage suffered by customers due to sudden and accidental external accidents during travel participation. However, compensation will not be paid in cases due to reasons under Chapter 2 of the Special Compensation Regulations.
Death Compensation:Domestic Travel: 15,000,000 yen
Hospitalization Condolence Money:Domestic Travel: 20,000 - 200,000 yen
Outpatient Condolence Money:Domestic Travel: 10,000 - 50,000 yen
Personal Belongings Damage Compensation:Up to 150,000 yen per customer (however, limited to 100,000 yen per covered item)
If changes listed in the table below are made to the travel itinerary despite carriers providing travel services, due to shortage of facilities, compensation for changes will be paid in the amount calculated by multiplying the travel fee by the rate specified in the table below according to the content of changes, pursuant to the provisions of the Standard Travel Agency Terms (Package Tour Contract section). However, the amount of change compensation paid per travel contract is limited to 15% of the travel fee. Also, no change compensation will be paid if the change compensation amount per travel contract is less than 1,000 yen.
The Company will not pay change compensation if the cause of changes to contract contents listed in the left column of the table below is due to the following:

Note 1: 'Before travel start' means when the customer is notified of the change before the start of travel, and 'after travel start' means when the customer is notified of the change after the start of travel (start of boarding).
Note 2: When a confirmed document has been delivered, this table applies with 'contract document' read as 'confirmed document.' In this case, when changes arise between the contents of the contract document and confirmed document, or between the contents of the confirmed document and actually provided travel services, each change is treated as one case.

3. Among personal information provided by customers in writing, the Company will use contact information such as name, address, phone number, and email address for the Company's business announcements and campaign announcements.
4. The Company is responsible for managing the personal information used.
5. The Company may outsource the handling of personal information.
6. Customers may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of personal data held by the Company.
